SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The findings from this study when published will be of great benefit to these stakeholders, namely: car rentals, hotels, restaurants, airlines, tour operators and protocol officers. The following explanations deals with how the travelling agencies can benefit the above stakeholders and their tourists.
TRAVEL AGENCY AND CAR RENTAL:
The travel agents calls the car drivers from the car hair service to take tourists from the hotels or from their hoses to the airport. The travel agents can also contact the car rental service to pick up a tourist on arrival at the airport and take the tourist to a hotel that has already been booked by the travel agents.
